Sales of art through the shop
Return Policy Artwork: If there are any problems with your order, please let me know as soon as possible and I will endeavour to replace it.
Refunds will only be given within 7 days of receiving the artwork if necessary, providing the artwork is returned safely in its original state and packaging. Postage costs to be covered by customer.
I do not offer refunds on original artwork.
Postage Artwork: Postage is FREE. Please expect to receive it within 14 days of your order.
If you are within the local SN4 area, I may be able to hand deliver to you.
Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
Cancellations: Request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase
Art Club
Safeguarding: Every child has a right to protection from harm. Art Club has an up-to-date safeguarding policy and procedures to help keep children safe.
HC and anyone working with Art Club will be up to date with current safeguarding training, undertaken via the NSPCC learning site.
Please note that safeguarding concerns and reports may not be disclosed if it is felt that doing so may increase risk of harm to the child.
HC will work with the relevant schools and local authorities in the event of a safeguarding issue being raised.
Walking home: Your child will not be allowed to walk home unless you have given prior consent.
- Who is picking up your child? Please advise if it is not you, or the regular adult who collects them. Pickup is at the front of the school, please be on time.
- Give me a wave! I need to see the face of the collecting adult, so make sure we can see you.
- Please advise on any medical conditions or allergies as necessary.
Refunds and Cancellations: Art Club does not offer refunds. If HC has to cancel an Art Club session, a refund will be offered for that specific session only. If the School cancels an Art Club session, you will need to check with them about their refund policy. If your child is booked for a holiday session or term time Art Club and cannot attend, get in touch as soon as possible.
